The Council's publishing branch, CTEC Publishing, has compiled and published in January 2004 the most complete business resource on all 89 Russian regions: "Russia: All 89 Regions, Trade and Investment Guide". The Guide's creation is a direct result of the Russian Federation's focus on regional economic development and the increasing level of interest and participation from the Western economic community.
Today CTEC Publishing offers data and information research and series of publications "Russia: All 89 Regions".
