Trade advisory - focused regional research for industry specific trade initiatives. The Council offers assistance to manufacturers and services providers in specialized market research, locating suppliers and clients, building distribution channels, branding and promotion. Markets: US, Canada and Latin America; Russia's regions.
For technology and equipment acquisition, the Council assists in locating manufacturers of specific equipment and technologies and structuring the transaction.
The Council provides assistance in financing transactions through major US and Russian banks and government financial institutions.

Investment consultancy - the Council is present throughout the entire investment process, from data and information gathering, due diligence, reports and recommendations to legal advice and representation. We provide advice in preparation of business plans, market research, presentations to potential partners and investment funds, and other services.

Corporate Board and Government representation - the Council offers representation to federal and regional administrations and representation of foreign investors to corporate boards

Legal - full corporate legal services: incorporation, registration, accreditation, representation.
