The Council's publishing branch, CTEC Publishing, has compiled and published in January 2004 the most complete business resource on all Russia's regions - Russia: All 89 Regions, Trade and Investment Guide.
The Guide's creation is a direct result of the Russian Federation's focus on regional economic development and the increasing level of interest and participation from the Western economic community.
Today CTEC Publishing offers Data and information research and series of publications "Russia: All Regions".
Russia: All 89 Regions, Trade and Investment Guide provides the most accurate, up-to-date data on markets, current economic conditions, sources of supply, infrastructure, trade opportunities, operating conditions, investment projects, legal and tax environment for all Russian regions. The Guide, a 1200 page book with interactive CD, is available in English and Russian at our New York and Moscow offices.
Coordinated by The Council, the project united the joint efforts of The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), the administrations and governments of 89 Russian regions, K. C. Hennessey Associates, President Publishing Center, and the CentreInvest Group.
With opening statements by Sergei Mironov, Chairman of the Federation Council; James Wolfensohn, President of the World Bank; Donald Evans, United States Secretary of Commerce; Jerry Jasinowski, President of the National Association of Manufacturers and Arkady Volsky, President of RSPP, The Guide has generated great interest from international organizations, government and business communities in Russia and the United States.
