The Council focuses on assisting Russia's regions in the development of trade and economic ties with foreign countries.
The Council focuses on assisting Russia's regions in the development of trade and economic ties with foreign countries.
Solid and dependable information is the foundation on which informed investment decisions are based. To support the investment drive of the regions, the Council, in conjunction with its partner organizations, has published a unique reference source "Russia: All 89 Regions, Trade and Investment Guide."
Further, the Council provides assistance in implementing trade and investment strategies. In accordance with a region's objectives, and in close coordination with region's leaders, the Council designs specific business programs in the USA and neighboring countries. This program may include the following:
Region's presentations in the United States.
Participation of region's delegations in international conferences, exhibitions, and fairs.
Trade advisory: focused country research for industry specific trade initiatives in the US, Canada and Latin America markets.
Technology and equipment acquisition: The Council assists in locating manufacturers of specific equipment and technologies and structuring the transaction.
Financing: The Council provides assistance in financing transactions through major US and Russian banks and government financial institutions.
Investment consultancy: The Council provides advice in preparation of business plans, market research, presentations to potential partners and investment funds, and other services.
Representation: The Council offers representation of a region's interests in the US and and follow up of its projects; provides legal and administrative support.
