Since the launching of the First Edition in 2004, "Russia: All Regions Trade and Investment Guide" has become the primary resource for comprehensive, reliable and standardized economic data on all of Russia's regions. The Guide is the first successful effort to collect, verify, standardize, publish and disseminate throughout the world business information - authoritative, organized, digestible, current - for all 88 Russian regions, in printed and electronic format. Carrying out this project, CTEC and its partners established an infrastructure - the mechanism, the process, the systems, and the know-how - representing the institutional capacity to produce and disseminate current and reliable economic information for one of the world's largest markets and resources-rich countries.
The launching of The Guide's Second Edition gives an opportunity to review the current status of Russia's regional development. Our distinguished speakers representing the government, business and academia, will address economic and political aspects of the regions' development, and identify areas of economic growth and future investment opportunities. Their unmatched in scope and depth expertise will provide an enlightening prospective to the attendees. Invited are business executives from Fortune 500 and other companies, U.S. experts on Russia, Russia and U.S. government and government agencies, public and non-profit organizations, diplomatic corps, Russian large size and medium businesses.
The event provides a precise and up-to-date picture of today's economy in Russia and its Regions, offers a possibility to further strengthen business connections between Russian regions and their foreign partners and help draw additional investments into mutually beneficial joint projects.
